Hi, my name is Ginny Wall. I’m a teacher, listener and spiritual companion. I love walking alongside people, helping them explore their own deepest nature and wake up to the truth of their Oneness with all of Life.

Welcome

Here’s my wish for you…

May You know peace today, right here and now.

May Your heart open and may You breathe freely.

May You realise your Oneness with all that is.

May You wake up to who You truly are.

The wave does not have to look for water. It already is water. We are one with the ground of our being. Once the wave realizes that she is water, all her fear vanishes.
— Thich Nhat Hanh

What might help you realise that you are already the Love that you seek?

I’ll always be led by you, but here are some possibilities…

  • We could tenderly explore together the terrain of your life just now, and listen for the truth that is waiting to be heard within it, just as it is

  • We could experiment together with practices that can open the heart, bringing you into more embodied presence

  • We could use mindfulness and compassion approaches to help you navigate your pain, physical, emotional or mental

  • We could ask ‘Who am I?’ or ‘What am I?’ together, until the mind runs out of ideas, and Mystery opens to us…

  • We can practise being Aware of Awareness, and realise that there is only Awareness

  • We can chant, hum, play and create, as we feel moved to do

  • We can practise self-enquiry, unravelling the tangles of untruth that cloud our vision

  • We can invite Wisdom to speak to us in all the myriad ways that It loves to do

  • We can boldly go into new territory, or old shadowy places, resourced with Love and Courage

What people say about working with me

I have been a student of Ginny’s for some years. Over that time, I have come to value greatly her wise guidance, intuitive perceptiveness, and kindness. She embodies the fruits of her own direct experience and knowledge of a wide range of spiritual traditions: Buddhist, Christian, non-dual, and secular. These, together with her sensitive empathy, care, and an ability to cut to the chase, have made her, for me, a trusty guide and companion in my own, somewhat idiosyncratic, path of exploration. I count myself fortunate, indeed, to have had Ginny as a guide, companion, and friend along the way.

Ginny is the real deal, an immensely wise, loving human being, who knows herself as more than human - in experience. Ginny has burned into being in the crucible of a deeply lived life - she knows what it is like to suffer, which gives her an empathy, well earned wisdom and humility rarely found at these levels. I couldn't recommend Ginny highly enough for anyone looking for deep holding and guidance, she is a rare gem.

Spiritual Guide, Embodied Therapist, Poet, author This Untameable Light

Ginny is deeply empathetic and kind alongside having an unsually clear and wise mind. This combination of both mind and heart skills makes her an exceptional listener and communicator and a gift for anyone wanting to benefit from her guidance.

Ginny listens carefully, remembers and responds with warmth, compassion, wisdom and humour. She is able to gently challenge when needed and if asked will make concrete suggestions for reading, or new practices that maybe helpful to try. Ginny really does ‘accompany’. After talking to her I feel heard, respected and valued. I also generally have a wider or deeper perspective and a sense of new possibilities.
